If a nation wants to call itself “X”, why can another nation call it “Y”? Let’s take España and Côte d’Ivoire for example. Why do the English or Italian languages (or any other for that matter) have the right to rename them to Spain and Ivory Coast or Spagna and Costa d’Avorio? Ferrari and Sony don’t change their names in various countries.

I find this practice of renaming nations inefficient and confusing.

Great chance to meet everyone doing the 24 Hours of Booty, learn about the course, and just have a good time.

Shoulders and arms still sore from Day 1, Day 2 worked the lower half with cardio in the mix. Jumping squats, lunges, monster truck tires, and jumping jack squats, etc... really make this one tough day. Overall, feel good though. Hope to be more coordinated when we do this workout in Week 2. Only gripe so far is that we missed Ab Ripper on Day 1. Didn't realize it was TWO workouts in the same day on two different DVDs.

Despite the set and camerawork looking like an adult film, Tony and crew definitely get you working. And for us that was at 5:30am. Push-ups. pull-ups, chin-ups, dumbbells and variations of moves. Two rounds of this in one hour. The "dive bombers" proved a bit advanced for us, but we'll get there.

Tomorrow: Plyometrics - whatever that is.

Great looking Giordana jersey arrived today. Sure it's four months before the Atlanta event, but that's fine with me.
